* Return Policy

1. Please check if there's any problem once you receive the product. If you receive damaged, defective or wrong product,

please contact us via email or our Facebook Messenger as soon as possible, in order to avoid stock shortage.

We will process your request shortly.


2. If you would like to exchange a product, please keep the packaging intact along with price tag and receipt, and send

them back after our customer service staff confirmed and approved.


3. Shipping costs and customs duties for exchanging non-defective product will be covered by the customer.

1. Discount items.

2. Items that have been stained.

3. Items with incomplete packaging/accessories.

4. Items that have been received more than 7 days.

5. All items purchased at original price can only be returned once.


* Kind reminder

According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to enjoy a 7-day appreciation period. The apprecia

tion period is not a trial period. The product needs to be brand new and complete, and the packaging must be intact be

fore the refund can be processed. If the product has been used, it is not possible to apply for a refund.
